# New Tyres for the Passat

I ended up going with the [Yokohama Adrive R1](http://www.yokohama.com.au/Tyres/A-Drive-R1.aspx)s from [Bob Jane,](http://www.bobjane.com.au/) service there has been fantastic. The last time I put a set of [Yokies](http://www.yokohama.com.au/) on my car it was the [LH Torana](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holden_Torana).

My last 3 or 4 sets of tyres that I had bought for my Jeeps were from [Tyre Power](http://www.tyrepower.com.au/) in Subiaco – another great service store, unfortunately I got the guy from [TP Morley](https://www.morleytyrepower.com.au/) on an off day (well I hope that is the case for his business) as he was not very helpful and after talking to him I really wasn’t keen on giving him my business. On the other hand the Bob Jane Morley guys were awesome, quickly recognising that I wanted a tyre that was a bit more performance based than the normal sedan tyre.
